Use case: stylized-concept. Create one new, full-frame 16:9 landscape background for a 2D pixel-art JRPG, using the most recent attached image as the sole STYLE REFERENCE. Preserve its muted limestone, dark iron, mauve-grey smoke, teal and restrained ember palette, worn materials, crisp pixel clusters and ominous smoke-muted midday lighting. This is a new game background, not a reference board: no swatch panel, labels, borders, text, UI or characters. Aim for a coherent 640x360 logical pixel-art composition, enlarged cleanly for a 1920x1080 display; use deliberate stepped contours, restrained texture and readable silhouettes. Scene: camera on the battered outer battlement of Mock's Hold, an ancient fortification atop a limestone cliff, looking down over Malaz City. Foreground pale worn limestone merlons and a modest stretch of the wall walk. At the left side, Mock's Vane is a century-old black pocked iron weather vane with rust stains, cold-hammered into a monstrous misshapen WINGED DEMON with teeth bared in a leering grin, perched on the point of an old slender pike bolted to the outer top of the wall. Keep its design recognizably consistent with the demon vane in the reference, with a thin hammered-metal construction that can turn in the wind. No cloth on the pike. Beyond the wall is most of the city, with the Mouse Quarter at the far inland edge. The riots are distant and hard to distinguish: the main readable features are growing pillars of black smoke, with only a few small flames climbing through them. A silt-heavy river divides the distant poor quarter and crawls toward the harbour. Compose the view principally over the city toward this inland quarter; harbour water should be only a secondary hint rather than a broad open-sea panorama. Midday daylight is dimmed by smoke, with diffuse light and a dark heavy atmosphere. No bright sun disk. Do not invent banners, flags, heraldic emblems, extra landmarks, armies, visible combatants, magic beams or ships as focal points. Avoid fine noisy painterly detail and excessive clarity in the distant city. Match the reference's atmosphere while making the foreground wall and vane readable at game scale.
